The rooms are brand-new and nicely furnished with very clean beds. the breakfast was fresh and large; we appreciated a good choice of meals. the staff are helpful and friendly, and the host too. It has an incredible, unbeatable setting, really close to a recommended Restaurant called Trax which served great, economical, and tasty food as well as the beach and shops.

Walk from a train station, the location was AMAZING and fantastic, to a supermarket. Bentota Beach district was worth staying in. The room was huge & neat, came with WiFi. The breakfast was fresh made and lovely, had lots of options.

It was based in a gorgeous building in a good location, extremely close to the great beach. It was so close to recommended restaurants like Trax, which served great food. the near Kande Viharaya Temple and another train station were within easy reach.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was really chill. Everything was awesome and affordable.

Breakfast had so many choices, it was outstanding! the double room we stayed in was amazing and just right. 😊.

This place has a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beach, restaurants, and even the train station. Perfect spot for a four-week getaway. It's also super close to the ocean 🌊.

The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of minutes from the railway station and a short walk to the beautiful beach. the rooms were lovely, equipped with all the necessary facilities including a clean toilet and bath, comfortable bedpost, tea and coffee, fridge, AC. the hostess and host were extremely friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for sights to see. the breakfast was sumptuous and tastefully laid out, with a big variety of toast, eggs, and fresh fruits.

The bath towels provided were a little on the small side.

We will definitely be returning to this wonderful guest house when we come back to Sri Lanka!
